We spent the first day looking around the city and had Belgian waffles. Wow! they were amazing!
The next afternoon we hopped on a train to a smaller town in the southern part of Belgium called Namur. There was a wonderful citadel there that we could walk around in. It turns out that our hotel was part of it so we just had to step outside to see the amazing sights.
The next day we hopped on one of those speed rails and in an hour and a half we were in wonderful Paris! We had one day to see all the sights and we pulled it off! It was great! I can't wait to go back when we can spend more time there.
